What we do

Everything between the load board and the delivery.

You drive. We do the searching, the calling, the negotiating and the paperwork.

Load search and booking

We work the load boards and call brokers all day to find loads that pay, on the lanes you want.

Rate negotiation

We know what your lane pays and negotiate for more on every load. No lowball rates.

Broker checks

Before we book, we check the broker's authority, credit and payment record to protect you from fraud and slow pay.

Paperwork and setup

Carrier packets, insurance certificates, W-9s and rate confirmations. We fill them out and check every rate con before you roll.

Detention, layover and TONU

We track your wait time and go after every dollar you're owed. You keep 100% of it.

Documents and billing

We send your BOLs and PODs to the broker or your factoring company so you get paid faster.

Loads that fit your life

We plan loads around your home time, your favorite lanes and your hours of service.

A real dispatcher

One person who knows your truck and answers your call: early mornings, nights and weekends too.

Equipment

We dispatch the trailer you run.

Dry van

General freight, and the most loads on every board.

Reefer

Temperature-controlled freight, with temps and paperwork confirmed before every load.

Flatbed

Steel, lumber, machinery and building materials, with tarps and securement confirmed up front.

How it works

Up and running in four steps.

  1. Call or text us

A quick 15-minute call about your truck, the lanes you like, your home time and the lowest rate you'll take.

  2. Send your documents

Your MC authority, insurance certificate and W-9. Then one simple agreement and a limited power of attorney so we can work with brokers for you.

  3. We find the loads

We search, check the broker and negotiate the rate, sticking to your lanes and your lowest rate.

  4. You drive. We handle the rest.

Rate confirmations, broker updates, documents and detention. One invoice from us every Friday.

What you need to start

  • Your own active MC authority (not leased on)
  • Liability and cargo insurance, with a certificate
  • A W-9
  • Your own load board account. We'll help you set it up
  • A signed agreement and a notarized limited power of attorney

Pricing

Starting at 6%. Nothing hidden.

Your rate starts at 6% of each load we book, and it's written into your agreement. It covers everything below, from finding the load to sending the paperwork.

Starting at

6%

of the rate on each load we book

Example: at 6%, our fee on a $2,500 load is $150.

  • No setup fees and no monthly fees from us
  • No long-term contract. Cancel anytime with 7 days' notice
  • One simple invoice every Friday

Always included

Why Daxa?

A dispatcher that works for you.

You stay in control

You choose your lanes, your home time and your lowest rate. We never push you to drive past your hours.

On your side, not the broker's

We're a dispatch service, not a broker. We book only under your own authority, and brokers pay you or your factoring company directly.

Proof on every load

We keep the rate confirmation and notes for every load and record our broker calls, so what was agreed stays agreed.

FAQ

Questions drivers ask

Are you a freight broker?

No. We're a dispatch service that acts as your agent. We book loads under your own MC authority, you sign with the broker, and the broker pays you or your factoring company directly.

Do I have to take every load you find?

No. You approve every load before we book it. Tell us your lanes, your home time and your minimum rate, and we work around them.

How much does it cost?

Starting at 6% of the rate on each load we book, invoiced every Friday. Optional extra services, like arranging road service when you break down, may raise your percentage a little. We agree on it together, and it's written into your agreement. No setup or monthly fees from us, and you keep all detention, layover, TONU and reimbursements.

Is there a long contract?

No. There's no long-term contract. Either side can cancel anytime with 7 days' written notice.

Can you dispatch me if I'm leased on to another company?

No. You need your own active MC authority, because we book loads in your company's name.

What equipment do you dispatch?

Dry van, reefer and flatbed.

Where do you book loads?

Anywhere in the lower 48 states, on the lanes you want to run.

Do you speak Spanish?
